Future.

We hereby declare that our intention is conquest the future.

Hated friend.

.
I thought I get radical and try to find my way to a different spot today. Well I found it...and then I quickly realized why I surf sliders and not "not sliders".

Today was with my hated friend. My leash.

Inside man

Test shots from the "inside man" water cam.

Some of these pieces will be available soon in my next book.

Little patience mate... 'cause promise I have a film on the way and it will be included in that

Pictures of a story.

.
I say procrastination is the thief of time (I've always loved that phrase) and they are probably right.

Most of us always look at the surf when we get to the beach (despite often having spent a fair amount of time checking a variety of places to be) but I think sometimes you can look too long. Especially if you are in Biarritz and share your life with one of the best shapers of the world.

This is a visual piece of the tale.

Merci beaucoup monseuir D's pour tout.

The miracle.

.
Baby, I've been waiting,
I've been waiting during all day.
I didn't see the time,
I waited half my life away.
There were lots of point breaks invitations
and I know you sent me some,
but I was waiting
for the miracle, and the miracle didn't come.

Fuck' windy day...

.

Proud.

.
What is happening?

I walked down to the point today, early. There were some corners. I paddle out. I was alone. It was "a little junky". It is silly though. If these conditions would have been in other place, they would have been telling every one: " you really missed it!" we aren't in "the point"...although I had surfed a long wave.

After that I shot this.

Where's Da Cat?

.
I am stunned!! One of the greatest boardmen ever passes away and all you can do is print a paragraph about him. You have dropped your journalistic responsibilities by not providing your readers with a more comprehensive article on his life and times.

His achievements and the legacy that he (and others of his time) created are the foundation for the popularity of the sport and the resurgence of longboarding. I can only hope that this oversight was due to issue deadlines, and I can look forward to an appropriate biography in a later isse.

Smile.

.
In the sea, we return to reason and faith. There I feel that nothing can befall me in life, no disgrace, no calamity, which nature cannot repair.

Standing on my board, my head bathed by the blithe air, and uplifted into infinite space, all mean egotism vanishes. I become a transparent eye-ball; I am nothing; I see all; the currents of the Universal Being circulate through me. I am the lover of uncontained and immortal beauty.

In the distant line of the horizon, man beholds somewhat as beautiful as his own nature.

Personally I am not agree.
Who wins?
We will be losers in this case. Everywhere you go 'll be with you.

.

The candle.

.
I've had more than a few fruitless dawn patrols this lacklustre winter. Still, it's always good to be at home and smell the candle air zone; watch the nigth unfurl its splendour. At the end a really good mate.

Stop.

.
My new panorama film.

To throw myself to the australian dream.

.
So last week I bumped into an amazing travel to Australia. Enjoy the shoots and dream...

Far from home with Holga.

.
I will spend ten days away from my house and my studio.
Working with one of my best friends on an important project for me.
Traveling in winter makes you discover a different world.
For now a picture of my beloved Holga.

NO-WATER-HOUSE.

.
I loaded a roll into my old reflex camera and swam out, rocking just a 50mm with no waterhousing.
Photos with a Mansel uplift...
